Moorlands Community Centre
Community centre with 15 no. flats for rent and shared ownership. Modern Method of Construction (MMC) used. Calcium silicate blockwork for high thermal mass, sound insulation and good environmental properties. Solar panels, pv panels and ground source heat pumps are being installed. Community centre includes a nature garden area and has all been developed with consultation with the local community.
