Services - Cost Management and Quantity Surveying

Our experienced team provide a pro-active service to our clients, including the preparation of estimates and cost plans, advice on contractual arrangements, preparation of tender documentation including bills of quantities in order to obtain construction tenders by means of competition or negotiation, valuation of interim payments, preparation of final accounts and cost reviews, taking you from initial design stages to completion.

We also assist clients in the preparation of standard documentation, (such as design briefs, procedural manuals and amendments to published forms of contract and associated documents) for use on a rolling programme of construction projects.

Development Appraisals

As an additional service to our cost management and quantity surveying services, we are able to assist the Client's Team in the development of their overall Project Appraisals.
