Construction of 24 new houses and flats, some for shared ownership. Both schemes achieved an EcoHomes Good rating. Both schemes provided recycling bins, FSC certified timber, construction that was generally of low environmental impact, low internal water use showers, WC's and taps.

Design and construction of 9 new family houses and a villa block with two flats and one maisonette. The scheme is aiming for EcoHomes Excellent score, and we are actively involved in striding to attain this. Green roofs, certified timber, and high levels of insulation as well as the drive from all parties involved are critical to this succeeding.
