Services - Project Management

Our approach to Project Management is very much Client/Customer focused realising that time spent asking lots of questions, structuring the project and constructing an appropriate team at the outset, with detailed roles and responsibilities, is what is most likely to deliver a successful project.

We begin with a broadbrush approach from which results a Project Plan, outlining in skeletal form all the key components of the project. From that is developed a detail plan for each element to which is added all the time /resource elements needed to achieve the necessary outputs.

The plan is developed on the basis of four key elements; achievement, budget, duration and risk, against which all future reporting will be undertaken.

The key element to our approach is that risk and reward need to be shared 'fairly' by all participants for the project to be successful.
