John Hallett BSc FRICS I obtained a degree in quantity surveying at Bristol Polytechnic in 1978, and was elected a Fellow of the RICS in 1992. I joined the company as a Partner in 1998. I have special experience in alterations and refurbishment of residential and commercial premises. I have been the Honourary Secretary and Treasurer of the Chartered Surveyors' Golfing Society South East Section since 1996. |

Derek Cutts MRICS I joined the practice in 1990 and became an Associate in 1998 and a Partner in 2004. I was elected an Associate Member of the Society of Surveying Technicians in 1989, and a Professional Associate of the RICS in 1997. I am a qualified CDM Co-ordinator, and I am in the process of becoming a member of the Association of Project Safety. |

Joanna York BSc MSc I joined Ian Sayer & Co in 2004, and became an Associate in 2007. I am a Project Manager/Employers Agent, and a licensed Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor. I have worked on complex large urban regeneration schemes, including both newbuild and refurbishment, with residential (mixed tenure) and commercial elements. I have an MSc in Surveying from University College London. I am passionate about creating sustainable environments for communities. |

Chris Revell I joined Ian Sayer & Co in 2009, as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. I was elected a Professional Associate of the RICS, in 1976, having gained a Diploma in Quantity Surveying at the Polytechnic of The South Bank 1970-1976. I have worked on a wide variety of projects ranging from housing, both new developments and refurbishment, new schools, offices, public galleries, shopping centres and seaside re-developments on a variety of different forms of contract. |

Theresa Moody Prior to joining Ian Sayer & Co I worked as an audio typist/secretary in the Managing Director's Office of the Post Office before transferring in 1982 to British Telecom where I worked as personal secretary for the Head of Quality Assurance Division and Marketing. Julian Seeds I have worked with Ian Sayer & Co since 2001, providing support for the quantity surveying services, especially operating on site on major regeneration schemes and financial reporting. I am a licensed EcoHomes and Code for Sustainable Homes Assessors Assessor and a CDM Co-ordinator. I am an avid sailor and have been a member of the sailing team in the Little Britain Challenge Cup since 2001. I am/was a rugby player in my spare time, but I find age is hindering me slightly now! |

Harland Masters MRICS I have worked with Ian Sayer & Co since 2006, providing support for their project management and quantity surveying services, especially operating on site on major regeneration projects. I was elected to the RICS in November 1998 as a Professional Associate after serving as a Council Member of the Society of Surveying Technicians and was proud to see the transition and amalgamation of this Society into the RICS. My favorite pastime is finding time to holiday and spend time with three generations of my family. |
